Caitlin M. Vitale, a seasoned lawyer recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and a One to Watch by Best Lawyers®, brings a wealth of experience to the Berman Law Group. Ms. Vitale spent the first 7 years of her career working for insurance companies and privately insured groups defending many types of personal injury claims, from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims to medical negligence matters. While doing so, Ms. Vitale gained first-hand experience as to how insurance companies defend and value these cases, experience she now uses to secure maximum results for clients.

Ms. Vitale grew up in Boca Raton and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she was a President’s Honor Roll and Dean’s List student. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Florida, receiving Book Awards in multiple classes, including Medical Malpractice. During her time in law school, Ms. Vitale was a judicial intern for The Honorable Dave Lee Brannon, a Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Outside of her work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their young children, and training for half marathons to complete her goal of running one race in every state in the country.
