Immediately prior to joining The Berman Law Group, Kevin served as CEO of Thirty Capital Financial (“TCF”) since 2020. He was instrumental in the growth of TCF, by creating and opening a fully accredited commercial real estate academy; expanding the TCF trading desk and utilizing his vast network of industry professionals to increase revenue. Swill arrives with more than three decades of executive leadership and has investment banking and development experience and expertise.

Mr. Swill was Director of Capital Markets for a Family Office with a concentration in multi-family construction. In addition, he spent 5 years as COO of The Carlton Group, a merchant banking company and boutique investment firm. He played a key role in growing the firm’s high net worth equity syndication business, opening seven offices worldwide.

Mr. Swill raised over $5bn from equity investors and financed more than $16bn during his tenure at Carlton. Earlier, he was the President of Westminster Capital and Kushner Properties, the financing arm of Kushner Companies, where he oversaw the financing of acquisitions, recapitalizations, and disposition of more than 30,000 apartments units.

Mr. Swill held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, CIBC, Deutsche Banc, and Citicorp/Citibank.

Mr. Swill is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP); and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and was an Executive Board Member on the National Multi-housing Council (NMHC).

He frequently sits as a panelist at industry conferences.

Mr. Swill holds Series 7 & 63 licenses. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and business administration from Muhlenberg College.
